Cadet Taylor completed the full marathon as part of the Charleston Riverfront Race Festival on Saturday, 15 January 2011.  The festival included a full marathon, half marathon, 10k, 5k, and kids' run, and brought in thousands of racers from the lowcountry and nationwide.  The directors did a good job with logistics and coordination, and everyone that came to cheer was greatly appreciated; especially the hundreds of college girls camping outside for the Grand Opening of Forever 21.
